  • Google Pixel: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > eSIM > Access Point Names > + and update APN.

Does this eSIM come with a Korean phone number?

No — this is a data-only eSIM. It gives you fast mobile data on KT’s network, but no Korean number, so it cannot receive Korean SMS verification codes. If you need a real number for KakaoTalk, banking or 본인인증, choose a SIM with a Korean number instead.

When should I activate my Korea eSIM?

Install it before you fly on Wi-Fi, but activate it only after you land in Korea — your validity period starts when you activate, so you don’t waste any days.

Which phones work with a Korea eSIM?

Most recent unlocked phones support eSIM — iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer. Your phone must be carrier-unlocked. Phones bought in mainland China or Hong Kong may not support eSIM.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — you can request a refund any time before you install or activate. If a QR code cannot be delivered or activated due to a service fault, email [email protected] for a resolution.
