To celebrate Korvia’s 20th anniversary, we’re launching a special telecommunication promotion in partnership with KT, one of Korea’s major telecom providers. This promotion runs until 2026 for incoming native English teachers, ensuring they face no difficulties with internet and mobile data usage upon arrival in Korea. As part of this initiative, teachers will also benefit from streamlined online banking account opening and overseas remittance procedures, making their digital life in Korea much more convenient.

Effective 6 August 2025, the service has been updated: instead of activating a 60-day KT prepaid line and later converting it to postpaid when your Residence Card is issued, we now provide a 60-day data-only eSIM with 60 GB. Once you receive your Residence Card, you will complete the postpaid activation online. This change was necessary because of a technical issue affecting eSIMs that KT issues to foreign customers.
