Using more than 90 days Guide
- You cannot extend the SIM without ARC. Also, this service may valid for only 90 days if you subscribe to this service using your passport.
- If you wish to use the service for more than 90 days, you must provide us a copy of ARC (front and backside of the card).
- Additional documents are required, the opening shall be completed after you send a document(s) through the Kimchi Mobile customer center
- You need to provide a copy of the Korean bank account (ARC Required).
- Your order may be subject to cancellation if the preparation of subscription application and submission of the document(s) are not completed.
- You may be subject to purchase cancellation in case of bad credit, security insurance crime, late payment, no conformity of authentication for number transfer, and unavailable Happy Call connection.
- You may be subject to order cancellation at the consumption of inventory.
Cancellation After Activation
- It is impossible to cancel after activation due to a simple change of mind or not a result of our error.
